They have managed balanced funds, Canadian and global equity portfolios, and government and corporate bond portfolios under diverse capital market conditions and economic cycles. Raquel Castiel
Portfolio Manager
Raquel has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Raquel is a portfolio manager with expertise managing global equities under dividend, core and growth mandates. She managed Global Dividend, Dividend Growth, US Mid-Cap and US Concentrated portfolios for Standard Life Investments (Canada) Limited, and Canadian equities for the Caisse de Dépôt et placements du Québec, for whom she also led several Private Equity deals. Raquel has an MBA in Finance from McGill University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (‘CFA’).
Dinka Kucic
Portfolio Manager
Dinka has over 37 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dinka is a portfolio manager with expertise managing North American equities across a broad spectrum of mandates, including Canadian Dividend Growth, Canadian Value, U.S. Mid-Cap Growth, and Socially Responsible Investment portfolios. She has managed funds for several firms, including Standard Life investments (Canada) Limited and Mackenzie Financial Corporation. Dinka has a Bachelor of Finance from Concordia University, and is a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
Norman Raschkowan
President and Portfolio Manager
Norman has over 36 years investment management experience. Norman’s experience is broad and encompasses a deep knowledge of all major asset categories – equities, bonds and real estate – and expertise developing investment strategies for both taxable and non-taxable clients. He has served as Equity Team Leader, Investment Strategist, and Chief Investment Officer with Standard Life Investments (Canada) Limited and Mackenzie Financial Corporation. Norman has a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from McGill University, where he was awarded the Sir Edward Beatty Gold Medal in Economics.
