- The ‘Most Favoured Nation’ clause in our investment management agreements ensures that all clients with similar assets entrusted to our care are assessed the same fee schedule.
- Fees are assessed monthly, based on a client’s average assets under management during the period. Where applicable, a ‘client’ is defined to include direct family members.
- Fees related to the investment of non-registered financial assets are deductible for income tax purposes – consult your tax professional.
Additional Charges
National Bank Independent Network (‘NBIN’) will assess each client an administration charge of up to 0.15% per annum for its custody and trustee services.
HST and provincial sales tax (where applicable) is also payable on all management fees and administration charges.
